A Facebook Confession

with 2 comments

Inspired by a bit of jaikuing, I’ll just note that Facebook wants me to be friends with most of the Crooked Timber gang (and Jon Swift, for good measure) with the exception of Eszter Hargittai.

The algorithms never cease to surprise me.

Robert Scoble should be happy to learn that Facebook doesn’t think that he has enough friends yet.

Canada

Just as I realised that I could use some inside Canadian dope this autumn, I also realised that I will not be having Henry Milner (the political scientist, not the … other guy) down the corridor.

d’oh! :-(

Here’s one Canadian election blog, courtesy of The Leiter Report. Any more out there?

PS: A younger Milner. Cute.
