Euphemisms
I think we can already select the Swedish euphemism of the year: The 16 year-old is “too often at the wrong spot at the wrong time“.
(Yes, there is definitively a pattern to be seen.)
The question is how to deal with this walking disaster appropriately: Social and judicial authorities seem to be shuffling the case between them which is not a promising sign for the near future.
