Yesterday, the High Court for Upper Norrland reached a verdict in a – to put it mildly – infected case about herding and grazing rights for Sami “villages” (quotation marks as we are not talking about physical villages but rather associations of reindeer-owners) in the coastal areas of Västerbotten.
